Hello! I am Dr. Glenn Green, the new doctor at North Tarrant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
As a native of the DFW area, I grew up in the tiny town of Blooming Grove. After high school graduation I went on a two-year mission for my church to southern California where I worked with the Spanish speaking population. Spanish fluency is one of the gifts that remain from that experience.
I graduated from Idaho State University with a degree in zoology, and a wife named Teresa. We soon added two children to our family, Jayda and Skyler.
Together, we embarked on our journey to Philadelphia, PA where I attended Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry.
After dental school graduation, our next stop was Newark, NJ for a one-year residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. From there, it was a long leap back to the west coast, where I was accepted into the residency for oral surgery at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA.
Along the way we had memorable experiences and gathered lifelong friends. In the east, we played on the shore, ate Philly cheesesteaks, survived Hurricane Sandy, and I started to experiment with smoked brisket.
In the west, we played at the beach, ate fish tacos, logged miles at Disneyland, and I improved my smoked brisket.
We look forward to continuing our journey here in Fort Worth as we build our lives, make new memories, forge new and lasting friendships, and of course, perfect my smoked brisket!
